It's #BandcampFriday. If you can afford it, I'm asking you to consider spending as much tomorrow at Bandcamp (or other indie music retailers) as you do every month on your music streaming subs. $15 is nothing to Spotify but it can be HUGE to an independent artist. If you absolutely can't spend any money, that's okay! You can still do a hell of a lot of good for your fav indie musician! A few things you can do, in rough order of importance:

Ayo, since when did #Spotify (free) start placing ads over cover art???
(Sidenote: Since switching to a self-hosted music streaming server, I only use Spotify to bookmark new songs, so I'm not on there much. This is another good reason to ditch streaming services)

I hear Mozilla is shutting down Pocket, and it took me back to my troubles with the app last year my adventures to find a #FOSS replacement. I did Pocket − Omnivore − Raindrop, and I'm still loving Raindrop so far ( its lovely RSS feed).
