I forgot about this morning's bake! I made some pretzel buns/rolls, which turned out a little too tall/rounded. I need to flatten them a bit more next time.
And, two large pretzels. I ate one for lunch hot & fresh out of the oven. Damn it was good!

Wenn man die Drähte alle in die Bleche gefummelt hat, siehen die Puschel so aus. Habe sie mit Kabelbindern am Geländer befestigt. Ein Teil bräuchte ich noch, denn aktuell ist vor dem #Vogelhaus noch Landeplatz.

Ook vandaag weer een rondje met de #trike, nu voor het eerst voorzien van steun in de nek, voor vertrek nog wat hoger gezet en bij thuiskomst weer iets lager. Door de Almeerse rand van de Oostvaardersplassen, langs de uitspanning, waar het best druk was. Voor het eerst een pet op. Ik overweeg een zonnebril op sterkte. Al dat gefietst jaagt een mens wel op kosten.
