For the product $X=C\times S$ of a curve and a surface over a number field, we construct unconditionally a Beilinson--Bloch type height pairing for homologically trivial algebraic cycles on $X$. Stable non-Hausdorff Riemannian foliations
This paper aims to construct foliations $\mathcal{F}$ that are stable, meaning that any other foliation close to $\mathcal{F}$ is conjugate to $\mathcal{F}$ by a diffeomorphism.
