Ich nutze nun Linux seit 2 jahren richtig intensiv und hab mich auf Linux Mint festgelegt. Läuft auch alles soweit super, ok bis auf ein paar Probleme, die aber nicht mit Linux Mint selbst zutun haben.
Nur eine kleine Sache, wo ich echt Probleme hab, das ist Desktopverknüpfungen bei Programmen, k.a was ich da falsch mache. Wenn ich eine normale verknüpftung mach, die aus dem Dateimanager erstelle, dann funtzt das nicht.

Gestern ist mein neues Laptop (HP ProBook 460 G11) angekommen.
Habe dann wieder Linux Mint installiert und Heute so weit alles eingestellt und meinen Kram drauf gepackt. Für Heute habe ich keine Lust mehr, also Kist aus und ab in den Sessel. Morgen ist auch noch ein Tag und ausserdem bin ich so weit fertig, Falls ich noch was vergessen habe wird sich das eh bei der alltäglichen Nutzung zeigen.

Hidden pleasures. Kubuntu 26.04 beta is available. And I like it. Why?
Do a minimal install, not normal or full. You get Plasma 6.6.4, Wayland only, Linux 7.0. Open Discover: snap is not enabled ootb and the checkbox to enable flatpak is available from the get-go. The overall system clocks in around 1.2Gb. Kudos to the team, in one go Kubuntu has been pushed to the front of the KDE queue. Clearly the Linux Mint or Zorin of KDE, and that is meant as a compliment.

Ich nutze schon ne längere Zeit Linux Mint und bin bisher auch sehr zufrieden, nur seit der Rel. 22.3 ist der Download von Patches sehr langsam, eher modemmässig langsam und das meine ich wortwörtlich.
Ich hab keinen Schimmer woran es liegen kann, hab auch die Mirros gewechselt und auch einiges nachgelesen, nichts hat geholfen.
Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme ?

Heute erscheint Subnautica 2 und ich hab es schon mal unter Linux Mint runtergeladen und warte auf die Freigabe. Bin sowas von gespannt auf das Game und wie es unter Linux laufen wird, wobei ich mir da keine Sorgen mache, hab bisher keine Probleme bei den WindowsSpielen gehabt, die ich installiert hab. Obwohl an diesen WE will ich mal den MS 2020 runterladen und testen, bin da echt gespannt drauf ;D
