In much the same way we want useful #privacy focused, secure software, but the techbros keep delivering insecure #AI focused insecure nightmares, I wish the food industry would stop trying to sell us #ultraprocessed #overpackaged and mostly marketing driven guff and start turning their brilliant minds to real problems.
Why can't I have a delicious #vegan #plantbased cheese that doesn't cost the earth available at my local supermarket?
It's as if the brightest minds of each generation get turned to the wrong things - like ever more sophisticated ways to keep scrolling, or physics graduates who became quants and helped cause the financial crisis...
