A federal judge has ordered federal officials to preserve the evidence related to the Saturday shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents.
The judge's order was filed late Saturday after Hennepin County and Minnesota officials filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Minnesota seeking to prevent the destruction of evidence.
