Starting up Triangle (2009) after noticing it on Tubi the other day, before I pass out. Will finish it and the Rabid remake tomorrow. Seems like Triangle is probably gonna be a real mindfuck (not gore or anything, I don't believe). Psychological thriller? We'll see. As usual, going in cold, no idea.

There's a lot going on at the moment including Mum being on palliative care in a nursing home and my uncle dying recently, someone I really loved. He's the first of that generation to go and it feels huge. My hair has started falling out due to stress though fortunately it's not noticable. It's my uncle's funeral tomorrow so just to make everything better my period arrived a couple of hours ago. I'm in my mid-50s - will the fuckers ever stop?

Three drawers is the number of drawers that can be done in a day apparently. Leaving the two hardest ones (too small to operate inside the box and hang the rails I guess?)
Carpenter is very much looking forward to not having to drive to North London every day so don't think we'll get more than just tomorrow out of him.
Drawers work well though, feeling more solid than the flatpack half-cardboard Ikea/Argos stuff I'm more used to.

STM32MP2 update: slowly working on getting stm32-cpp ported over. It's now failing to build because I haven't implemented any of the RCC code paths to turn on I2C, timer, or GPIO blocks, so that at least should be straightforward.
All of the peripherals are close to STM32H7, but with some extensions and new features in most cases (all of them have an IP identifier and version ID which is handy and I wish they had put this on their older parts too).

Today I had to go to the dentist, to have a filling replaced. My dentist is a small young woman from Glasgow, very competent, who chats cheerily through the whole procedure.
But I was thinking of @… , a poet from #Gaza who wants to be a dentist, and wh…

Not really sure why he took the radiator off today. Presumably whatever prep was going into the walls needed to be done behind it? He put it back on anyway.
All looks mostly the same to me other than filling in the routes that hold the wires. Which apparently is just stage one of that, and a finer filler will be applied tomorrow.
Suspect maybe some amount of slack on account of the guy who was supposed to be bringing the paint this morning not turning up until (hopefully) tomorrow.
