Ein mit feuchtem Küchenpapier abgedecktes, längliches Gärkörbchen steht auf einem Holztisch.
Ein erst ganz kurz gebackener, tief diagonal eingeschnittener Teigling liegt im Backofen. Der Teigling ist etwas in die Breite gegangen. Foto leicht milchig, da durch die Scheibe fotografiert.

Das ausgebackene Brot liegt diagonal auf Backpapier/Holzgitter zum Auskühlen. Es ist rund aufgegangen, die Einschnitte sind durch das Aufgehen nun hellbraun und «geschlossen». Das Brot hat längliche Mehlstreifen vom Gärkörbchen.
