Jedes Mal, wenn ich an unseren Binnengrenzen kontrolliert werde, wünsche ich mir, ich hätte die Fähigkeiten, dagegen zu klagen.
Nun hat Prof. Dominik Brodowski mit Erfolg in der ersten Instanz gegen Grenzkontrollen der Bundesregierung geklagt.
Erstmal geht es nur um die Legalität der Grenzkontrollen zu Luxemburg, aber die Bedeutung ist für die Freiheit an allen deutschen Grenzen relevant.

Kläger zufrieden Kläger Dominik Brodowski ist mit der Entscheidung des Verwaltungsgerichts zufrieden. Ihm sei es - über die eigene Betroffenheit hinaus - darum gegangen, dass das Verwaltungsgericht sich ganz grundsätzlich mit den Grenzkontrollen auseinandersetzt. I'm going to have to disagree. You should know not to get "smart" appliances at this point. Your fridge with a touch screen is going to show you ads, your vacuum with 'smart' features is going to stop working when the company shuts off its servers, and your wifi-enabled oven is going to do abusive stuff if you put it online. Which this genius did.

I bought an oven. I wish I hadn’t. Ovens are like homes, cars, pets and partners, in that you can like the look of them but can’t know what it’s like to live with them until you’re living with them.
