いまこんな感じになってるんだけど（一部伏せ）、
今なにしてる？ のメッセージを投稿言語で、その後ろにUI言語で何語なのか記載するようにしてみました。
いろいろとレイアウト変えたりしてますが、だいぶ整理されてきたので、そろそろ落ち着く見込みです。

Der Tag beginnt gut. Kurz nach dem Vereinigen der beiden Zugteile wurde es Dunkel in der S11... Aktuell wieder etwas Licht, und wir hören wie ab und zu mal wieder etwas Druckluft auf Türen und Bremsen geht, dann wieder gelöst wird.

There have been recent projects by Historic England and Museum of London Archaeology #MOLA to record historic #ghostsigns Here is an example of a more contemporary one. Presumably John Lewis are no longer "at home"?
