Well, Shrove Tuesday was three weeks ago, but my hens have just started laying again so it's #PancakeTuesday here!

Pancakes cooking on my gas hob. An old and very blackened iron skillet on my stainless steel hob (which has my sink integrated into because of space) with, in the skillet, a creamy pancake with golden toasted mottling.

So far, so good. Getting ready to tackle the Phantom Forest in FF6 (about 4.5 hours in) and everything is proceeding smoothly. No issues with SRAM or the EPROM. Also, FF6 is so very, very good...

services.radicale.git.enable=true now makes nicer commit messages, for events and contacts it will list the name and even describe renames. Proof of concept, written in bash/awk. It'll be hard to write a diff-parser that covers all kinds of changes, I guess having a local LLM could do it, but it'd slow down radicale significantly.

A git diff of radicale's collection directory, commit messages show me (yann) creating a lunch event, renaming that to lunch (with team), then deleting it, then creating a Peter Pan contact, then renaming it to Peter Pancake.

I wanted to try making a super-thick pancake but trying to flip it in the tiny pan was a disaster. Luckily we have a second pan that is slightly larger so my second attempt turned out pretty good!
