A large snowdrift has formed a large, thick, and overhanging frozen wave — almost Hokusai-like — seen from slightly below, and against a deep blue sky with streaks of little fluffy clouds. The lack of any other features gives the scene an almost abstract character.

Can we have it get up in a really disturbing manner, then appear to charge the camera before wandering off to inhabit the nightmares of anyone?
Already on it.

The new Boston Robots robot / abuse target, which gets up by curling it's legs back over it's hips before standing straight up, charging the camera to stare with it's dead, lifeless face, then turning and wandering off. It is not known if it goes on a murder spree afterwards or if it instead hacks it's governor module so it can watch soap operas.
