Personally I prefer to write browser tests with a fake backend implementation (running in the client; no HTTP calls), but this might be controversial.

Hmmm, one downside. It seems NewsBlur was the service converting YouTube subscriptions into embeds (which don’t set cookies and don’t show ads), not the NetNewsWire client as I assumed.
I will have to see if I can accomplish the same thing with FreshRSS.

The Mastodon List Manager (https://www.mastodonlistmanager.org) is a real nice tool. Finally removed some old lists and put accounts on other lists instead. Would take forever with the mastodon client, but this only requires a few minutes.
