FPS is the biggest available channel that I'm aware of to funnel Academi into ICE/CBP enforcement operations. The point of using FPS to support ICE agents is that FPS is stocked full of troops from EriK Prince's private army (now called "Academi" but formerly called "Blackwater"). This means that carrying out ethnic cleansing can dump money directly into the pockets of America's version of the Wagner Group (side from, of course GEO Group).
The Erik Prince angle also means that there can be an alternative chain of command that exists outside of official channels. ICE is already bad enough, but similar people have worked as mercenaries for a long time. Having an established chain of command over armed occupiers, one based entirely on economic incentives, one that can't be legally monitored or audited, one that's completely outside of the government, should be especially worrying.
I don't believe we've ever seen a clear explanation of who was kidnaping people off the streets, but I know that Academi had a contract (I believe with FPS) in Portland at the time. We also don't know who is on the ground in US cities right now, because they're wearing masks.
The bit reason J6 didn't go as planned is that Erik Prince wasn't behind it. Now there are troops with experience occupying American cities who can be called directly via Erik when Trump wants to make sure he doesn't lose again. And Erik won't back out at the last minute this time, because he's already seen that there will be no consequences for participating in a coup... if the time comes.

One of Mastodon's strengths is its decentralized structure. That also means no centralized marketing or development strategy focused on growth, particularly in Canada. Perhaps a volunteer group could take on that development plan and grow the Canadian user base.
- A vision of what an ideal future state would look like would benefit the planning and action steps. Collecting input from Canadian admins is recommended.
- We shouldn't burden existing admins beyond their current responsibilities. Volunteers would take actions like reaching out to politicians or government agencies.
Potential next steps:

To achieve this Exocortex Log is a Progressive Web App. It downloads when you are online at the website and can be installed onto the homepage of your phone.
It keeps all data on the local device using indexdb.
This means you must be responsible for your own backups. Be sure to export and back up your data regularly. I have gaps in my ten year record where my phone was stolen and most recent backup was months prior.
Once installed it will work offline, airplane mode, no internet, down in the tube station at midnight, anywhere.

Existing theoretical approaches provide guarantees under certain assumptions on the optimal solutions to $k$-means, making them difficult to validate in practice. We propose the manifold hypothesis, where data obtained in ambient dimension $D$ concentrates around a low dimensional manifold of intrinsic dimension $d$, as a reasonable assumption to model real world clustering instances. We identify key geometric properties of datasets which have theoretically predictable scaling laws depending on the quantization exponent $\varepsilon = 2/d$ using techniques from optimum quantization theory. We show how to exploit these regularities to design a fast seeding method called $\operatorname{Qkmeans}$ which provides $O(\rho^{-2} \log k)$ approximate solutions to the $k$-means problem in time $O(nD) \widetilde{O}(\varepsilon^{1 \rho}\rho^{-1}k^{1 \gamma})$; where the exponent $\gamma = \varepsilon \rho$ for an input parameter $\rho < 1$. This allows us to obtain new runtime - quality tradeoffs. We perform a large scale empirical study across various domains to validate our theoretical predictions and algorithm performance to bridge theory and practice for beyond worst case data clustering.

Ok so the first boss fight of the STM32MP2 bringup (getting the A35s running at full speed with caches) is over.
The second isn't going so hot. I've configured all of the documented SYSCFG and COMBOPHY registers (I think). It's not linking up, is in DState 4 whatever that means, and I'm not seeing any change on the tx/rx lines when i do this.
Which means one of two things. Either the register settings I've done are wrong (possible, I'll double check)...
