Failed escape attempt

Video of a chunky cat sneaking then running outside to a gap in wall on a porch, only to get stuck trying lunge through it because the kitty it too wide. The cat gives up and looks at the person filming, probably blaming the human somehow.

Wenn es einem beschissen geht, dann hilft gute Musik. Sei es Rock, Techno oder sonst was, hauptsache es bringt einen auf andere Gedanken. ich höre am Liebsten Rock und Blues und da ganz besonders die "alten" Recken. Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy oder halt auch Taj Mahal, der aktuell ein Album namens Room on the Porch rausgebracht hat. Das höre ich mir grade an und es ist saumässig gut ;D

For this #Caturday, the #feral #cat who lives out back visited my lap again 😻 None of my indoor kitties have ever been lap cats, so to have the outside cat nap there is a real gift.

I’m sitting outside on the back porch and a brown feral tabby cat is in my lap. She’s curled up, her eyes are heavy, and she’s kneading dough (with claws very much out, not pictured)

Today, Frank the neighborhood squirrel had to rap his paw on the backdoor window a couple times because I was late to feed him this morning.
His daily breakfast of walnuts is what brings him to our porch.
