After Little Joy Coffee’s spring seasonal drink, "raspberry danish latte", went viral in March,
the small town coffee shop’s owners decided to encourage coffee shops to adopt the recipe directly and add it to their menus.
Posting both a home recipe and step-by-step instructions for coffee shops, they asked shops if they wanted to be added to a map of places that will serve the raspberry danish latte.

Few nights ago I sourced some cheap chicken wings** so we baked em up. I had heard that Buffalo wing sauce was really just butter and Frank's hot sauce, so I tried that.

I'd love to get my hands on that recipe for "chocolate cake" and "bundt cake". 🍰

I keep getting recommendations for these YouTube shorts of a lady wearing a hijab and cooking recipes. The thing is, every recipe includes pork or bacon. I'm so confused.
My CSS skills will always let me make a recipe I found on some random web site print to a single page, and nobody can take that away from me.
I'm a bit late to the news but I just learned that Jock McDonald passed away a few month ago in a unfortunate swimming accident.
He was the lead singer of The Bollock Bros.
This band could be described as a Christian New-wave band with a distinctive cheap 80's synth sound with most songs inspired (or direct quotation of) biblical passages.
Although this is a recipe for disaster, I like them :-)

Doh. Misread a recipe containing half a teaspoon of paprika as half a tablespoon - might be a tad smokier than it was meant to be!

PSA since more people are still asking about the recipe for this recent quick apple cake I posted, but seemingly aren't seeing my reply in the thread...
#nommention
@… I was flippin' some of my special fluffy buckwheat pancakes yesterday, and remembered a Finnish recipe I learned in Sweden. It's a wee bit labour intensive, but can be made in advance if you want to wow some guests (it's quite beautiful when you serve it). It's like a tall 'torte', constructed of layers of very thin crepes, alternatin…

21st century technology wielded by 1st century minds is the surest recipe for extinction I can think of.
Nothing could rally me against capitalism more than spending the last decade watching things I used to love get increasingly shittier to pinch a penny.
The most recent victim is the Nando’s peri-peri sauce which my wife regularly purchases.
The recipe changed recently (as did the distributor seemingly… coincidence?) and it’s just worse.

TIL that in :nixos: #nix, "${./mydir}" will survive a garbage collection, but a plain ./mydir will not!
Took me way too long to figure this out. Didn't help that `just` gives a stupid error message about a missing shell when it can't change into its -d working directory. 🤦

I used the recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction (using cooked.wiki) and they turned out great!
Nice crispy tops, though I had about half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mix left, as it seemed like way too much.
I didn't have sour cream or plain yogurt but I did have blueberry yogurt, so that seemed appropriate. I used oat milk because that's all we have in the house.
I normally do not use liners but I did this time.
Totally normal workflow:
I work on documenting #Jinja syntax used in #CondaForge recipes.
#Prism doesn't have one. But Internets suggest Twig would work instead.
#Docusaurus. But there's a workaround.
https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/issues/8065
So I copy the code over to the project, fix it and while at it, rename it to "jinja" and adjust a bit.
But then, highlighting Jinja expressions alone looks pretty bleak, so let's combine it with YAML… Hmm, that actually doesn't work that well, needs some more adjustments. And before you know it, I have a pretty new Jinja highlighter, and a recipe highlighter that combines Jinja expressions, YAML, v0 recipe selectors, v1 if:/skip: conditions, and also highlighting shell / cmd variables for a good measure.

Bread People, what did I do wrong?
While the photos look nice, this loaf turned out just slightly wet/gummy feeling.
I did wait well over an hour before slicing. I have some ideas.
This recipe was about 94% hydration, as opposed to the 84% hydration I've been using.
Also, this was in a 2 quart dutch oven and I wonder if it is just too small for this loaf. (Over 740 grams)
Oh, I also did a two-day cold ferment.

And this week I heard there is not one single seat available between Copenhagen and Hamburg the weekend *before* Easter. That effectively means no-one from anywhere in Scandinavia can travel to the rest of Europe by train, because there isn't enough capacity in the system 🤬
