I can’t take Kara Swisher seriously and haven’t for a while. She’s a cheerleader for the very people she pretends to hold to account, and always has been. Her interviews are soft, and rarely does she actually press with a hard question.
Also Adrian Chen’s book review doesn’t say or suggest at any of this. It just says that she was better accepted because of her entrepreneurship status and because she was married to a Google exec. Not that she got sources.
