1 Dose Thunfisch abtropfen lassen
2 Frühlingszwiebeln hacken
200 g Tomaten würfeln
Alles mit 300 g Hüttenkäse, 2 EL geh. Petersilie und 2 EL Olivenöl mischen.
Mit 1 EL Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer würzen
Na ja, wie fast immer habe ich das Rezept etwas abgewandelt …
