Der Öffentliche Personennahverkehr (ÖPNV) im Raum Osnabrück steht vor einem bedeutenden Entwicklungsschritt. Mit dem Entwurf des 5. Nahverkehrsplans (NVP) für die Jahre 2026 bis 2030 liegt nun der strategische Rahmenplan für ein zukunftsorientiertes Verkehrsangebot vor. Der Entwurf ist die Grundlage für die politischen Beratungen der zuständigen Gremien in Stadt und Landkreis.

On Saturday I met Freddie greyhound, Mandy greyhound's nephew¹. Mandy passed away in 2021.
Coincidentally both homed by WGW and Freddie now lives a few miles from where Mandy lived her pet life. His human knows Mandy's humans well.
Considering the rather small greyhound gene pool this is not unusual. Mandy's sire has had over 5,000 offspring so far.

They stabbed my eye again and bruised it again. Not as bad as in previous times though, and actually the procedure itself was one of the least distressing of the 5 times they've done it so far.
