Le cas allemand était encore moins claire, car la volonté n'avait pas été relevé avec la même clarté. Selon le BGH, il suffisait que l'automobiliste était indifférent au sort des autres.

My Windows 11 experience so far:
- Needs labwindows 2020
- Installs it with with all the requirements
- Windows blocks a DLL for "security reasons"
- Blocked DLL causes a kernel driver to fail
- Windows 11 doesn't boot anymore
