This post only covers the headers attribute in HTML tables (ARIA has no headers equivalent). My 2022 post Accessible Cart Tables? showed headers attribute support was poor. In my 2023 post Avoid Spanning Table Headers I didn’t use headers because I knew support was poor. For this post I merged…

The Santa Barbara Foresters captured their 11th NBC World Series championship
with a 7-2 victory over the Alaska Goldpanners,
overcoming a late deficit in a matchup between two storied summer collegiate baseball programs.
The championship came 20 years after the Foresters won their first NBC World Series title.
Alaska entered the game as a six-time national champion.

Keine Transparenz hinsichtlich der widerrechtlichen Gesichtserkennung durch den Geheimdienst
In Umsetzung des Urteils A-4286/2022 hat die Digitale Gesellschaft im Juni 2026 beim Nachrichtendienst des Bundes (NDB) teilweise Einsicht in die widerrechtliche Gesichtserkennung betreffende Dokumente erhalten. Dabei zeigt sich: Gerade dort, wo Transparenz für eine freie demokratische Gesellschaft von zentraler Bedeutung ist, führt die besorgniserregende Einschränkung des Öffentlichkeitsprinzips auf groteske Art und Weise dazu, dass Transparenz nicht gewährleistet ist.
