Made a plain-ass cheese pizza last night but the crust worked really well with just a 24 hour ferment on the counter. Sometimes simple is all you need.

My summer breakfast addiction has been a two egg omelette with a twist: After the eggs start to firm up a little I in my pan, I add a layer of finely shredded mozzarella cheese, then a little Pace Picante sauce, then a few halved cherry tomatoes. Top with either Tony’s Creole seasoning or a Cajun spice seasoning I picked up at Price Chopper in Manhattan, Kansas at the end of May. I also include a little chopped ham.
Oh so good! Makes the start of my day so much better.

Today’s breakfast. Hummus, cheese spread, veggies, some of which pickled. Very healthy, I hope. I definitely didn’t feel like going for the very sausagey Hungarian option. At a posh café/restaurant close to the fine arts museum, where I am about to go. #Budapest
