Vegetarianism tip: in place of gelatin, you can substitute cinnamon and hot water. The trick is just to use enough: about two cups of each will do the trick for a soft gel.

Almond Cake Recipe
1.5 cups of Almond Flour
0.5 Cups of Sugar
4 Large Eggs
1 tsp of baking powder
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tablespoon of flavoring (vanilla, rum, etc.)
Pretty good stuff.

Today went bust on the first attempt = I poured water for six cups of coffee in the brewer but only four scoops of coffee in the filter. That's tea with a hint of coffee taste. So I guess I'll have to accept that glasses are mandatory for making drinkable coffee from here on.

I've been making a lot of ice cream at home lately (churning myself because stupid food allergies) and one of the best things is just 2 cups cream, 2 cups milk and 1.5 cups sugar (not made hot first)
