Despite the heavy foot traffic, I've rarely seen anyone put a dollar into the donation box. 😟

I started tracking what they were spending in postage, and after about ten years they had spent more than my entire donation trying to fundraise from me.

I do have a question though for anyone willing to answer.
I own one of those big mansion prefabs and use that as one of my CAMPs and put the new vault doors on it and locked them with level 3. However, yesterday after one of the events, I came home to someone running through the building and I noticed he had a "Wanted: 5 Caps" above his head. I assume that means he was able to steal something.
I thought everything was player owned and I don't have much you can just "grab" except for corn and blueberries. Could it be that he was simply hungry and I'm freaking out for nothing? Or can he steal from my ammo box and stuff?😬😩 I'm so confused!
