Ein langer, gerader Weg erstreckt sich in die Ferne, flankiert von Feldern auf beiden Seiten. Der Himmel ist teilweise bewölkt, und der Boden zeigt Grasflecken, die über den Bürgersteig wachsen.
Eine hohe Windkraftanlage steht vor dem Hintergrund eines teilweise bewölkten blauen Himmels. Die Turbine verfügt über einen weißen Turm mit einem gelben und roten Streifen. Mehrere kleinere Windkraftanlagen sind in der Ferne, inmitten einer ländlichen Landschaft, sichtbar.

#running slow is hard but my fitness is such that it requires a rebuild of the foundation. Trying to stay in HR2 means a decent amount of walking interspersed. I don’t love it, but it’s necessary.
I have a much more open schedule now, so I should be able to get out and run regularly. The trick will be staying patient and trusting the process.

My running/walking stats: 5.01 km in 40:25 for an average pace of 8:03/km
