Edit: I spoke too soon... they just moved the link for the (one page) application on their website. But still, it's a stupidly simply form, to obtain a Spanish passport. You just show up with the required ID, a reasonable picture of your face on a white background, proof of residence, a fingerprint, and the fee.
As a Canadian that just went through the hoops (mile-long form, guarantors, vouching people… perfect Non-Smiling photos, visit to local office to verify docs and submit…

Canada Post didn't get the package to the Consulate in Toronto on schedule... should have been delivered by now but it's still "processing" in Mississauga. 😬 And the Spanish Consulate often doesn't do stuff on Fridays. 😬😭
