Currently trying to track down a Steam copy of Elevator to The Moon! I managed to find the Rift version but that obviously doesn't work without Oculus components.
I think the SteamVR version might be lost media at this point. All the links are dead and there are no torrents.
I managed to find the GearVR version but that doesn't work with Oculus Touch controllers (the button it asks you to use to open the menu for a tutorial doesn't exist, softlocking the game)

ArcelorMittal is betting big on India's clean energy future with $900M in new projects.
The steel giant is building a 250MW wind farm, 300MW solar facility, and massive battery storage in Gujarat—cutting 1.59 million tons of CO2 annually. Combined with projects in Brazil and Argentina, they're adding 3.3GW of renewable capacity.
Washington's carbon market is proving climate policy can pay for itself—literally.
In just two years, it's generated $4.3 billion, with $2.8 billion already funding hybrid ferries, free transit, and other green projects. The best part? Over half the money goes to lower-income communities.

Massachusetts is about to see major savings from clean energy. A new analysis shows the state's SMART 3.0 solar-plus-storage program could save ratepayers $313 million annually by 2030.
The key? Pushing out inefficient natural gas plants, cutting reliance on fossil fuels during winter, and slashing 1.6 million metric tons of CO2 per year.
CATL is making major moves on two continents. The world's largest EV battery maker is partnering with Stellantis on a carbon-neutral 50 GWh factory in Spain, creating thousands of jobs.
Meanwhile, they're restarting a lithium mine in China that could impact global prices and potentially lower battery costs by 2026.

Researchers just cracked a major clean energy challenge: producing hydrogen at scale without using precious land or freshwater.
The University of Exeter team simulated a floating solar system in Oman that desalinates seawater and generates 1,755 kg of hydrogen daily at $9.5/kg. It's a game-changer for hot-climate regions.
This week: MIT cuts carbon capture energy costs, transparent window insulation slashes building heating use, and battery prices drop enough to make solar-plus-storage competitive at $65/MWh.
In South Australia, a 200 MW battery will help stabilize the grid for more renewables. Progress is happening now.

New research from UC San Diego and Princeton reveals the winning formula for climate action: carrot AND stick.
Their study shows that combining clean energy subsidies with pollution taxes drives faster adoption of green tech than either approach alone. Economic models prove this dual strategy can deliver rapid emissions cuts in the near term.
Colorado just released a roadmap for coal communities facing an uncertain future.
The state's new report shows how carbon capture, geothermal, hydrogen, and battery storage could replace lost coal jobs and tax revenue in rural areas. Wind and solar are already cost-effective, while emerging tech could create new economic opportunities.

Executive presence is not about how you stand or what you wear.
It comes from four qualities you build from the inside out: care, clarity, curiosity, and courage.
The leaders who inspire others stop performing and start living these qualities.
What would change if you focused on these instead of trying to project confidence?

Germany is making a big bet on the future of energy storage.
The country is putting €22 million into Moll Batterien's new sodium-ion battery plant in Bavaria—part of a €103 million total investment. Why sodium-ion? It's a promising alternative to lithium batteries.
The plant launches in 2026 with 1 GWh capacity and will create 126 jobs.
Australia's coal heartland is getting a clean energy makeover.
Flow Power just secured financing for a massive 100MW battery in Victoria's Latrobe Valley—right where the old Hazelwood coal plant once stood. The project pairs large-scale solar and wind with storage to deliver reliable renewable power by 2028.
It's a powerful symbol of the energy transition taking root in coal country.

Big milestone for Australia's energy transition: Hanwha Energy just got approval for a massive 100 MW battery in southeast Queensland.
This isn't just storage—it'll capture surplus solar, power 15,000 homes during peak demand, and provide critical grid stability services.
A major step toward a more resilient, renewable-powered grid.

Sweden just hit a massive milestone: electric vehicles now make up 65.4% of all car sales, with pure battery EVs at 40.4% and plug-in hybrids at 25%.
Volvo EX40 led the pack, while combustion-only cars dropped to just 21.8%. And it's about to accelerate even more—new government incentives kick in for 2026.

38 coastal, remote, and island communities are getting a lifeline for their fragile energy grids.
Through the Energy Technology Innovation Partnership Project, they're designing microgrids, exploring local renewable generation, and hardening systems against extreme weather. The goal: reliable, affordable power that can withstand the next storm.
Australia just fired up its first solar-battery hybrid on the main grid—and it's a game-changer for evening power.
Quorn Park combines an 80 MW solar farm with a 20 MW battery, storing daytime sun and releasing it during peak demand hours when the grid needs it most.
This is the model for clean energy's future: 20 similar projects just won government backing.

Extreme heat is becoming deadlier, but we already have solutions that work.
The Heat Is On campaign showcased proven approaches—early warning systems and nature-based solutions—that have saved lives and protected communities worldwide. At COP30, this momentum paid off: adaptation finance is set to triple under the Belém Package, finally putting climate adaptation on equal footing with mitigation.
Communities in the DRC are building something remarkable: a 1-million-hectare biodiversity corridor connecting two major protected areas.
Strong Roots Congo has already secured 23 community forest concessions covering nearly 600,000 hectares. The project does double duty—allowing wildlife to move safely between habitats while supporting local livelihoods and protecting Indigenous peoples from land grabbing.

Uruguay just proved the skeptics wrong. In only two years, the country shifted to 98% renewable electricity—and poverty rates dropped as a result.
This wasn't some slow, painful transition. It was rapid, economically beneficial, and shows that decarbonization doesn't have to hurt. The economic case for clean energy is real, and we need to stop being afraid to make it.

When you say you need hope about climate change, what do you really need?
Maybe it's proof your actions matter.
Maybe it's permission to want a better future.
Maybe it's feeling less alone.
Your brain treats hope like a prediction. When reality doesn't match, hope breaks.
But agency doesn't break.
Community doesn't break.
Imagination doesn't break.
What if we stopped chasing hope and built something stronger?
