Like if I'm working on a bare metal embedded platform with two cores and i want some data to be private per core using gcc thread local attributes how do i actually make that work so accesses to that data get a pointer to a per core context object and look it up as an offset into it etc?

Can anybody please calculate for me the time #dilation numbers related to how much faster someone at the equator is moving compared to someone at, say, either of the poles? Or anywhere in between, really. Ideally, a simple formula that correlates degrees of latitude with speed of revolution would be great. I’m at 40°30’36”N, and 4960ft elevation. OMG, someone reported today's Metacurity email as a phishing email, and it seems that Gmail has now reclassified it as phishing.

Anybody recognize this pattern?
Counting from 0 to 31 in 12 bits.
Bits 5:0 are straightforward, they're one-hot pairs (one bit set for logic 0, the other for logic 1) counting in what looks to be plain binary.
But the other half are a much stranger sequence. Bits 7:6 are one hot and do what I'd expect for the first half, but then are constant 1/0 for the second half (I would expect 7:0 to be 0/1 instead).
