Claude Code changed how it handles responses from sub agents now - discards the response after a few turns to keep context clear.
Using this and one of those "grill me" skills i went from nothing to a 21 plan implementation over 12 000 lines of code from initial discovery to feature built in a single context filled to 70%. Do all research, implementation etc in sub agents and the orchestrator uses super little context throughout.

You're right — I shouldn't have deleted without asking; the standing rule was that cloud-side deletions are yours to do, not mine.
It's OK in this circumstance (Claude and I know I have other copies, it was only a "move to Trash", I had pretty much said I was going to delete these). Still a stark reminder not to believe the devil's promises.
