Gerade der Gedanke, ich kann die einfach in Thunderbird als lokalen Ordner anzeigen. Mit Flatpak grob so

Er zijn dus nog organisaties waar je per mail een formulier moet aanvragen om je automatische afschrijving via een andere bank te laten lopen. Het formulier krijg je dan thuisgestuurd in een gepersonaliseerde brief en een antwoordenvelop met antwoordnummer! Dat scheelt weer een postzegel.
Nou nog op internet opzoeken waar tegenwoordig nog een brievenbus zit. 🙈🙈

I blame Hetzner, because a) they don't seem to support subaddressing (foo 123@example.com) and b) they don't set the proper mail header (Envelope-To and Delivered-To) when doing a mail forward. Both of which work for example with mailbox.org, and both are needed to allow issue creation via email in gitlab (what they call Service Desk). Grrr...

And then while trialing I saw they have a function to summarise email discussions via ChatGPT that is *turned on by default*. I mean, wtaf.
So I'm deciding on self-hosting Mailman. It always seems to come back to self-hosting in the end, doesn't it... which is not nearly easy enough for most people to grapple with.

Then I've discovered it blocklisted some random pastebin. Well, it happens. I mean, pastebins frequently get into trouble because of people pasting random shit. So I've filed an unblock request. I've suddenly got a mail to confirm registration in some random company's system — I suspect it was related to DNS4EU, but no clear indication. I've ignored it.
Then they've blocklisted my mail provider, for no apparent reason. It's still blocked. I've switched to the "unfiltered" version to be able to access my mail again.
Today I've gotten a mail via my backup MX. My main MX is up. My educated guess is that sysadmins using DNS4EU now get my mail redirected to their "site blocked" server. Isn't that great?
PS. Maybe if more people filed unblock requests for "poczta.ftdl.pl", it would help. It's a non-profit e-mail provider.

I'm quite fond of the issue between the fifth option and the signature it requires, plus the fact that (aside from the zip code and other USPS requirements) this could have looked identical a hundred years ago. No website, email, or phone number. Also note the old convention of two spaces following each period.
