Everett Road covered bridge. The wife and I just celebrated two years of marriage by going to see Billy Idol at Blossom last night, stayed in a campground in the national park and then did some exploring this morning. This was a nice and peaceful spot. It's also one of the most accessible sites in the park, with a short paved walk from the parking lot to the bridge.

It's been several years since I had the recurring serial dream of browsing the Internet and checking my e-mail (but somewhat more recent that I spent the night fighting compiler errors in my sleep). Always on a desktop, never with a laptop or mobile phone. Strange stuff.

Baking night tonight. New cinnamon roll recipe and new muffin tin (jumbo muffins). I suspect people at work will be happy for a early morning snack.
Tuesday will be muffins for the wife. She loves my oatmeal/bran mini muffins. I cheat there as she loves the bagged mix and I add extra oat bran for her.

I promise I won’t annoy you with any more posts about the album/collection after this, but I just had to thank Mastodon people who came to the ‘Otherscapes’ listening party yesterday. It made all the work put into it feel better. That anyone would come is encouraging, but especially that some stayed for 5, 6, 7 hours into the 11 hour release. (And to see comments come in when I woke up again a few hours later was a fun indicator of my suboptimal hours of sleep in generall. 😆)

I haven't finished that quilt, its been quilted for a few weeks now but needs binding. I started on it tonight. Why? Because I should be writing a paper and I don't want to, so I found something else to do instead. The binding is now ready to go, its supposed to rain all day tomorrow so maybe I can finish it by tomorrow night.
