These paragraphs are absolutely on point: it is not surprising China pushed to censor the #hugoawards2023. We all expect that, and China takes the criticism. That is now it is.

Time-Warner had a news website called Pathfinder. In those days, if you wanted to create an interesting web presentation you probably did it in Photoshop and imagemapped all the clickable items. With the verdict upcoming, presumably two versions of this page were prepared ... and in the heat of the moment, someone pushed the wrong image to production.
