A record-baking heat wave is scalding California,
with major consequences for the state’s most important reservoir:
its snowpack.
Providing about a third of the state’s water supply,
the Sierra Nevada snowpack is a vital source of spring and summer runoff
that refills reservoirs when the state needs the water most.
But a warm wet storm followed February’s snow,
and now, March temperatures are shattering records

Alas, no... this is just "spring" in #Vermont.
The irony, of course, is that I'm starting the morning at a mechanic getting the snow tires swapped off for the summer tires on one of our cars. 😃
Maybe it isn't a very ladylike pose, and that neck looks broken, but Harley is totally relaxed about the heavy snow falling outside. She knows Spring is close despite the current weather conditions.
