Getting slightly cooler here, so that means (occasional) record buying season. Didn't make it out to a store in person for Record Store Day this year (and I rarely do), but I did order a RSD exclusive to be delivered and it just arrived.
Hmmm, what could it be..

![This photo shows someone [it absolutely me!] holding a vibrant red vinyl record album at home with framed artwork [by detroit artist Zubel Khachadoorian!] on the walls. The album cover features a striking gold circular design - a spiral or scribbled sun-like pattern with radiating lines extending outward like sun rays. The text on the album repeats "sun song" multiple times, and there's a small logo in the bottom right corner that appears to say "palmyra."

![This photo shows a vinyl record collection and turntable setup. In the foreground, someone [hello] is holding a Frank Sinatra album titled "Only the Lonely" with "Sings for" visible on the cover, which features a black and white portrait of Sinatra. The album indicates it's conducted by Nelson Riddle and appears to be a Capitol Records release.
Behind the album, there's a turntable with its clear plastic cover open [what? it's closed], and you can see an orange/coral colored vinyl record on th…](https://files.a2mi.social/media_attachments/files/115/268/837/310/534/861/small/38575b7396e1d980.jpeg)

The cover features bold, eye-catching design with large white letters spelling "BEBOP" against a colorful background with orange, yellow, and blue sections. ![This photo shows [me] holding a vintage album titled "ROAD TIME" by Toshiko Akiyoshi-Lew Tabackin Big Band, released on RCA (CPL2-2242 STEREO) as a 2-record set. The cream-colored album cover features a clever design with overlapping travel-themed luggage tags in different colors - including a red tag for "TYO LOS ANGELES LOCAL 47" and blue/green tags with flight numbers.
The setting shows a vinyl collection with records stored vertically in the background. A yellow album (possibly "Mañana" by…](https://files.a2mi.social/media_attachments/files/115/308/147/436/233/331/small/6bca44185d7d211b.jpeg)

![The photo shows someone [it me!] holding a vinyl record album titled “The Wes Montgomery Trio”, released on the Riverside label. The album cover is predominantly orange with a rectangular black-and-color photograph of Wes Montgomery, the legendary jazz guitarist, smiling while playing his guitar. He is dressed in a suit and appears to be performing. The design is clean and classic, with bold black text above the photo and the Riverside label logo at the top.](https://files.a2mi.social/media_attachments/files/115/194/862/296/766/063/small/3eeaa27323f51280.jpeg)

![The photo shows someone [that would be me] holding a vinyl record album. The cover features the Charles Lloyd Quartet with the title “Montreux 82” written at the bottom.
The design has a mostly white background with bold red text at the top for the artist’s name.
In the center is a framed image of Charles Lloyd seated casually, smiling, wearing a knit cap and a sweater. The photo has some drawn or painted artistic embellishments around it, giving it a stylized look.
