I recently needed a script to convert mbox files to maildir, and to my surprise this was a nontrivial problem. I only found one written in perl that didn't work with my mbox files. As I don't speak perl, rather than trying to fix it I wrote one in python. It's very simple, as python's standard library already brings all the functionality, in case anyone needs it:

The early designs for the California Central Valley stations of the High Speed Rail (HSR) project are rather ugly - they remind me of centipedes.
Whoever wrote this article seems to have not looked at a map - the article asserts that the Kings/Tulare station is near downtown Hanford - it is not. I am sure that growth will occur, but right now that station is between the orange groves and a light industrial area.

- Vue 3 and the Composition API
- Pinia
- The vite-plugin-pwa plugin

I sat down and wrote my April recap. And to be honest: I AM TOTALLY SURPRISED!
I thought that I was *really* lazy this month. 2 weeks of grey bad weather dominated my memory. Just recapping how I spent this month was ... delighting. I don't feel lazy now any more.
I tried to make the post easy to read with captions and highlighting the important phrases.
(Yet I wonder if I always ommited the photos of the blog posts at the bottom 🤔)
