I hate how rapidly Intel EOL's CPUs.
Like, my office workstation has a pair of Skylake-SP's (Xeon Scalable Gold 6144) which were launched in Q3 17 and hit end of support in December 2023. That's only six years.
And Vtune 2024.x is the last version that supports it. I have to pin an old version of VTune to be able to do profiling now.

i find it extremely annoying that MacOS 26 screwed up folder icon caching. (2023 M3 iMac w/ 24 GB of RAM and no memory pressure)
this happens not every time but multiple times a day

Les Trois Mousquetaires : D'Artagnan (2023) felt so right to watch after watching the Toy Story that The Three Musketeers (2011) basically is. It has great English subtitles. I loved the multilingual scene between Milady and the Duke. It's been very long since I've read the book (in Bulgarian). I wonder if it sounds so gritty in French (or in English) as the film is?
