Lulu the #cat is lying on my mattress. I lie next to her. I gesticulate to her to climb on my chest, so I would get more space. She looks at me like I was some moron. In the meantime, Ruh notices the gesture and jumps on my chest.
Situation: I'm lying on half of the mattress. On one side, Lulu is stretching next to me and pushing me down. On the other, Ruh is lying on my chest, counterweighing me to the floor. I push my elbow against the bedside table not to fall.
But miraculously, they don't fight, so I ensure. Lulu started washing Ruh, and Ruh doesn't mind. I'm flabbergasted.
To the moment when Ruh suddenly starts sliding down, so she pushes all her claws into my chest. I shriek painfully, and both cats run away.

I kinda like living among lions (mountain lions). I wish we heard (or saw) them more often. We have plenty of deer for them to eat.
(We have had mountain lions come right up to our front door, and we have heard them - they sound like a cross between a human baby crying and a domestic cat.)

I am 36 years old, I have diabetes and for over a week I feel pain with every step since I've bumped my tailbone pretty hard. And yet seeing the youngsters these days, I feel like I'm surrounded by zombies; how can they be slow all the time?! And I'm not even even talking of smartphone zombies, just regular folk looking ahead and walking somewhere! Don't they have some trains to catch, or some cats waiting for them to get home?!

There's something about the new radiator bed that drives these two into a squidging frenzy. They don't do it on the other one. Sparky in particular slobbers all over it. Sound up if you want to hear slobbering purring cats 😄

Boxes filled with packing peanuts were like mimics for cats.

For #Caturday we bring you Tails deciding she fits in the flower box. We have been inundated with flowers since Mum died and have to be sure to keep flowers and cats separated as Tails wants to eat them. They aren't usually allowed in the dining room so Tails is making the most of it 😄 Sparky is on the chair in the background, not being a nutjob.
