All those allegations that China is using TP-Link routers to spy or to lay the groundworks for attacks or whatever have cost the California-based but Chinese-owned company $1 billion, according to a lawsuit filed by TP-Link against Netgear.
Fwiw, the allegations began in Washington and were wholly unfounded, but that hasn't slowed the drumbeat to ban TP-Link.

I drove 256 miles in the Boxster today to collect the remainder of ski-trip luggage from Wicklow, and help Mum & Dad with their Australian tourist visa applications.
That trip, a mixture of motorway and B-roads really cemented it for me: that little blue thing is the best car I've ever owned (possibly ever driven?) If you have the chance, I heartily recommend obtaining one..
It's now also utterly filthy, but wearing the road-muck very well.

When the UK's new nuclear power plant Hinkley Point C starts to produce power in 2030, its guaranteed 'strike price' will have risen to ~150 £/MWh (170 €/MWh). Average wholesale electricity prices will probably be around half of that, so that's a 50% subsidy.

Kinda need a media PC for the new bedroom in December. Do I want to wait until early next year? Grr. Needs to run two monitors and a projector really too, which may be tricky for a machine with only two video ports.
