Researchers spread 30 truckloads of coffee pulp on degraded land in Costa Rica, and two years later it had become a small forest.

I feel much better today. I still feel a bit low on energy, but I’m going back to work tomorrow. In any case, it’s only for two days, since I have a week off next week. The immediate remedy? More coffee of course!

Thanksgiving day today. We had the turkey dinner yesterday so I get to kick back and relax. Only hard thing I have planned is to get up and refill my coffee mug.
Later my wife and I will be going through the closets to do our twice annual purging of clothes. If we didn't wear it for a year we bag it for donation if still in good condition. Otherwise it is bagged for recycling.

Last week I ordered some equipment for pickup at Micro Center. It was a big surprise when I showed up in the morning and saw a thousand people lined up to get in. The line extended around the back of the store and around temporary barriers, like a theme park. Turns out it was some kind of "grand re-opening" and they were giving away flash drives.
Happily, I was able to come back later in the day and get my order, as well as a nice commemorative mug.

My SO is from Dak Lak, the coffee capital of Viet Nam. That's why I refer to her homebrews as 'ca phe Daklak'. Obviously she brings it from her hometown Ea Kly and the taste is great 👍🏻. Drip coffee, no sugar, 1 cube of ice. Today's challenge: I'll have two, thank you dear ! 😄 ☕
