Went searching for a technical report of the 2023 incident when a validly-formatted flight-plan contained a logic error that crashed the UK air traffic control.
"The system project designed and tested an expansive and robust set of scenarios, which provided assurance that the system was highly resilient. The EMC disk shelf decided it wanted to ramp the fans to "taking off the flight deck of an aircraft carrier", so I decided to updated all the Proxmox nodes, the NAS, and then power cycle the EMC disk shelf.

I don’t care if someone calls stuff “spaceflight” (though that usually includes portions of actual flight through air).
But if it’s for a scientific or technology discussion it’s hugely inaccurate and misleading.
In space, things always move in orbits, which is essentially more or less perpetually falling.
To make things go places (e.g. make a thing go to Mars), you change how it’s falling.
Play some Kerbal Space Program some time!
