Nach etwa zehn Jahren ist es wieder soweit: Kreuzbeinblockade. Wer sich gerne von jetzt auf gleich wie sein eigener Grossvater fühlen will - eine empfehlenswerte Lösung. Bauchlage, warten, bis die Schmerzmittel wirken, dann langsam in Bewegung kommen.
