Kind of a mix of Joy Division, Can, and the Sugarcubes, with hints of Dick Dale or The Ventures. Also kinda reminds me of Stereophonic Space Sound Unlimited.
Twangy, surfy guitars throughout this album, their second LP. A couple songs include vocals.
The band started on a more lo-fi vibe back in 2001, breaking through here in the US after a successful run at SXSW in 2004.

Went to Kenmore Camera this morning to handle some of the compact APS-C cameras.
I handled a used Fuji X-E2 which is similar in size to the x100VI and enjoyed the feeling. I may need the thumb grip accessory.
The Nikon Z30 with the pancake zoom was tempting, but the AF system would take some getting used to.
The Sony a6700 just didn’t spark joy. It seemed very capable, like a technical tool.
I think I’m set on the X100VI.
