Since it was raining I spent some time in the garage doing a handlebar upgrade. Went with a bars that are slightly more swept back than the stock Aventon Level 3 bars. I just wanted a little more upright riding position. Pretty easy swap, took about an hour, may have lost one little tiny screw.

Weer een klein rondje op de trike. Ik heb wel het idee dat ik steeds meer spullen meefiets. Mijn helm is inmiddels een vast attribuut, al is omvallen niet direct een risico. Het risico op aanrijdingen is m.i. ook minder, ik ben goed zichtbaar, vlaggetje, licht, en inhalend verkeer, auto's èn fatbikes houden meer afstand. Vandaag ook een muts onder de helm, want die ventileert te goed met deze temperatuur. En de volgende keer ook een gele overzetzonnebril tegen de laagstaande zon.

Terwijl de meeste apps op mn telefoon gewoon zonder trackers kunnen, lijken sommige apps heel hardnekkig dat toch te blijven proberen.
#Thuismeten is er zo eentje.
Al eerder mn ziekenhuis over aangesproken. 'Ze zouden het meenemen.'
Mwt het tracken gaat weliswaar niet gelijk zorgdata mee, maar alleen al het gebruik impliceert zorg krijgen waar die app vpor nodig is.
